Peach Cobbler

Here is a recipe that we make fairly often for many reasons.

#1 I can substitute ingredients making it ok for the entire family to eat...including Lucas.
#2 Super easy!!!
#3 It's YUMMY!!!!!

1 stick of butter (we use Blue Bonnet light margarine)
1 cup of flour(self rising)
1cup of sugar
3/4 cup of milk(we use soy)
1 large can peaches (not in syrup but in pear juice- which makes it healthier anyway. Walmart sells this and it is their brand which makes it cheap as well.)

Melt butter in a casserole dish in the ove(350deg) while its preheating. Mix the flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl. When butter is melted, pour mixture on top of it. Pour peaches on top of mixture. Bake until golden brown.
